The process of organising a vehicle was smooth and far easier than we thought it would ever be. We were notified in advance of the collection and return details and any necessary documentation we were required to present to ensure it was a quick handover. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly English speaking staff who undertook a quick verification of our details and paperwork and provided us with a brief overview of the operation of the vehicle so that we were on our way in no time at all. No journey of length goes without some type of incident and we were impressed with the support and advice provided when we had issues with the rear door locking mechanism which required repair at no cost under the new car warranty. The same assistance was experienced when an insurance claim was required to be submitted due to an anonymous vehicle causing slight damage to the car in a car park, the process was simple and the forms easy to complete. Would we lease a vehicle again from UDrive? Absolutely, and will be recommending this option to family and friends in future.
